Once the software vendor is finalised, we work with the vendor to plan the project so that the deliverables match the requirements exactly and the project can be delivered on the agreed project timelines and budget.

Solution Design
We have full expertise in implementing Infor dEPM and TM1 software, we can develop the whole solution from start to end. We produce solution design/blueprint before starting the build. If you are using another software we work with the software vendor in solution design.
Implementation
Our expertise lies in implementation and development. We have hands on experience in designing and building the solutions. Our unique and agile approach saves you time and money and you get the desired outcome quickly and efficiently.
Training and Knowledge Transfer
We provide classroom training on Infor dEPM, TM1 and Jedox software. The training can be arranged onsite or remote as convenient. We provide training material and training environment as well. We also work with customer to transfer the knowledge to super users and end users so that the business gets most out of the software and less reliability on consultants.
Software and Application Support
We provide standard software support as well as your complex application support at one place. Our support desk is capable to handle any software or application support queries. If it is a software defect we arrange it to be reported directly to the vendor and liaise with the vendor on workaround or permanent fix. We are also available for out of hours support as required.
System Documentation
We think it is necessary to document all the processes and the design assumptions for future maintenance of the system. Our documentation approach ensures the documents are user friendly and provide clear guidance with screenshots.
